CMR is designed to concentrate light specifically at an
operating distance of between 80 - 120 mm. CCS has been
striving to sort out LED in order to offer high-uniformity. |
Unlike fluorescent lamps and incandescent
lamps, LED employs a DC lighting system that is
completely flicker-free. |
The power consumption of CMR is
only 3.3 W. What's more, a service life of LED is
approximately 30,000 hours (affected by operating
environment), almost ten times as long as that of
fluorescent lamps. Therefore running cost (power
bill, spare parts etc.) can drastically be reduced. |
LED generates less heat than other
types of light source. There's no risk of burned
fingers or damage to work pieces by heat irradiation. |
The optimal light for human eyes
is natural sunlight. The color temperature of CMR
is 5500 K, which is similar to the daytime sunlight
on a clear day. |
