If, by any chance, any failure or error occurs in a product supplied by CCS, or the radiant quantity of a Light Unit falls below 50% within the warranty period, CCS will repair or replace the product free of charge, as specified in the product warranty. Please contact the person-in-charge, or any CCS sales office.
Repairs for a product that is not within the warranty period shall be charged for by CCS. Please contact the person-in-charge, or any CCS sales office. CCS will provide you an estimate of the repair charges after reviewing the condition of the product.

2.Serial number of the product
3.Detailed symptoms of failure or abnormality
・Frequency (always/sometimes/once per XXX)
・Timing (immediately after start using /when a certain period of time passed after start using/regardless of time)
・Environment (other equipment used, operating environment, situation of use, etc.)
