Q
Why can't I login with my correct login id and password?
A
If you are not able to login, please check the following.

1.Please make sure your entered login id and password are correct.
2.Please make sure to allow to accept cookie.
3.Please make sure to allow to run Javascript.

Your login id and password are case-sensitive.
You must always type it exactly as is, including uppercase and lowercase letters.

Please try to copy and paste the login id and password to the browser form.

Your login id is your email address.

* Go to https://www.ccs-inc.co.jp/login/pass_remind/http://www.ccs-grp.com/s2_ps/s1/index.html. Please enter your email address you used upon your registration. We’ll send the password to the address.

1. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and then select Options .



2. Select the Privacy panel.



3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.



4. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies.

* If you are troubleshooting problems with cookies, make sure Accept third party cookies is also not set to Never

5. Choose how long cookies are allowed to be stored:

* Keep until: they expire: Each cookie will be removed when it reaches its expiration date, which is set by the site that sent the cookie.
* Keep until: I close Firefox: The cookies that are stored on your computer will be removed when Firefox is closed.
* Keep until: ask me every time: Displays an alert every time a website tries to send a cookie, and asks you whether or not you want to store it.

6. Click OK to close the Options window .




<3>Enable the use of JavaScript

1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.





2. Click the Internet zone.



3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4
If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:

a. Click Custom Level.



b. In the Security SettingsInternet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.



4. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.
