Appearance inspection for glossy,
three-dimensional workpieces

Station 1 Appearance inspection for glossy, three-dimensional workpieces

Detect foreign materials and surface irregularities on glossy, three-dimensional workpieces using the photometric stereo method with the segmented flat dome lighting LFXV-DV Series, which are difficult to inspect with conventional bar or segmented ring lights.

Hyperspectral imaging is a technology that uses a hyperspectral camera with high wavelength resolution and corresponding light to acquire images.

Our newly developed LED-based lighting for hyperspectral cameras generates less heat than conventional lamp-based light sources, making it ideal for inline inspections, including component analysis, foreign material detection, and high-precision color identification.

Station 3 2D code reading with high-power, high-frequency lighting for logistics

Designed for logistics and intralogistics machine vision applications, EFFI-RING-LG delivers powerful, uniform, and fast illumination to achieve fast imaging, while remaining compact and easy to integrate into an industrial vision system.

This air hockey table demonstrates how lighting can enable reliable code reading, even in fast-moving applications, by capturing high-speed barcodes on a moving hockey puck.
