PoE (Power over Ethernet) enabled LED Light Controller.

* Reduce the number of cables in your system by supplying power and transmitting data using a single LAN cable.
* Light control via Ethernet communication from your machine vision device or PC.
* Supports 2 lighting modes: continuous and strobe.
* Available 2- and 4-channel models
* Provides accumulated values of controller power ON duration, light ON count/duration,
and other operation data.
* Compatible with approx. 350 models of CCS Standard LED lights up to 10 W.
* Can be conveniently installed away from the control panel and close to the inspection site.
* Compact case design: W50 x D70 x H34.8 mm (not including protrusions such as connectors and knobs).

  • • Trigger-Link Mode turns on both channels with a single trigger input (This feature is available for both models.)
  • • Trigger-Rotation Mode turns on each light in order of channel number with every trigger input (This feature is available only for 4-channel model.)
  • • Provides accumulated values of controller power ON duration, total light ON time, and other operation data
  • • 256 levels of light intensity.
  • • Compatible with approx. 350 models of CCS Standard LED lights up to 10 W

Example Configuration

Power over Ethernet (PoE) is a technology that enables Ethernet communication and power supply from the PoE device to the connected devices through LAN cables.
Please connect the CN Controller to an IEEE802.3af- or IEEE802.3at-compliant PoE device accordingly.
